Disk Jockey, musician and daughter of Femi Otedola, Florence Otedola, popularly known as “Cuppy” or “DJ Cuppy” has shed some lights on her relationship with Nigerian musician, Zlatan Ibile, much to the dismay of her fans and followers on Twitter.
Cuppy, who took to her Twitter handle lamented how Zlatan blocked her on WhatsApp and Instagram 10 months after her hit song “Gelato”, which featured Zlatan, ‘without ever saying why’.
Cuppy who ranted in the early hours of Friday, 8, 2021, had claimed she did not wrong to have warranted being blocked by Zlatan Ibile whom she supposedly had a good relationship with and had not the faintest clue what led to their relationship being sour, despite the success of “Gelato”.
10 months later and I sometimes still wonder why @Zlatan_Ibile blocked me on WhatsApp and Instagram without ever saying why; we were actually friends 🤷🏽♀️ …AND “Gelato” was a hit!

The disk jockey-turned musician later tweeted that she is human and has feelings as well. While the news came as a shock to many, owing to the status of her father, fans and followers advised Cuppy to move on from if the friendship is no longer attainable.
I’m human and I have feelings too 🥺

Although Zlatan Ibile has not spoken on the issue, fans had suggested Cuppy might have disappointed the rapper and musician which was why he blocked her.
Cuppy is the second oldest daughter of billionaire, Femi Otedola and the older sister to Temi Otedola who is working her way on becoming an actress following her debut in the movie “The Citation”. Femi Otedola’s oldest daughter, Tolani Otedola is also a musician who seems to be far from public eyes and prefers to keep her affairs private.
